Queens2027
Welcome Queens, Ahoy!
What happens when Queens enter the chat? We take over, this time….we’re taking over the Glory Ship and heading to the Bahama’s. We’ve nixed the Conference for 2027 and added a cruise for a few days of reprieve, restoration and relaxation.
To ensure the Team of Queens also gets a break this year, we have a designated support person from Carnival Cruise lines, who will book our group and ensure we have dinner together each night. We will however, not leave you hanging overboard, we will post updates in our private Queens group on FB and we will also have a monthly zoom call to answer questions. If you are ready to book, but just have some general questions that are not answered below in the Frequently Asked Questions, feel free to reach out at 424.559.8282 between the hours of 11am and 2pm, Monday through Thursday. We will be happy to assist.

UPDATES:
{Oct 27, 2026} we held our first Interest call and explained all the details for the trip. Here are the updates. Our next interest call will be held on Oct 11, 2027 @3pm Pst/6pm Est. You can log in with the same zoom credentials listed above in the flyer. Our group booking number will be released on Oct 1, 2026 (in our private retreat chat on FB). If you are not on FB, you will need to reach out to Iveda at 424.559.8282. (You can send a text). Like airlines, the cruise rates can change daily, but they are holding steady between $270 and $500 per person depending on room type and carnival offers for those with carnival history. Deposits are $50 per person or $100 if you’re booking solo and the full payment is due by Feb 1, 2027.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I I need a passport for this cruise?
Passports are preferred but NOT required. You will need a Real ID and a Birth Certificate to travel with Carnival Cruise Lines. We looked at some of the other cruise lines and they said “Carnival Cruise” is the party boat….and so….. LOL
What’s the total cost?
The cost will include: Cruise cost and airline (I would plan for about $700 or so). That cost will be different based on when and how you plan to arrive in Florida. You should plan however, to arrive in Florida on March 4, 2027 which will require an additional cost for your hotel stay. Yes, we can find you a Queenmate and you will also share a room on the boat. Those cost will be paid directly to the cruise line, airline and hotel.
What kind of room will I have on the boat?
That’s completely up to you and your Queenmate. Rooms range from the low $200 to $700 (suites) per person depending on the room you select. Other considerations are promotions at the time you book as well as your cruise history with Carnival. Once booked ( $50 or $100 deposit), you will have until February 1, 2027 to pay in full. You also book at a lower rate and upgrade later if space is available. But a lower cabin rate will ensure you are on the boat! Best booking options are above Deck 4 and in the middle of the boat.
How will I know who my Queenmate is?
Historically, our Founder, Stephanie C. Harper, has roomed Queens for the retreat based on her knowledge of them, she will do the same for the cruise. For the past 15 years, we have not had any “roommate issues” (a few drama Queens here and there, but that’s expected). However, to ensure you get the Queenmate of your choice, you can invite a friend, or visit the Queens page and request a Queenmate. This is a private community, so you will have to request entry if you are not already a member of the Queens Weekend with Stephanie C. Harper FB page. More information will be provided on our zoom information calls or you can call us at 424.559.8282 (Monday – Thursday, between 11am and 2pm PST).
What if I dont want a Queenmate?
All Hail the Queen, you are welcome to pay for double occupancy and enjoy your space to yourself. There is no penalty associated, but carnival does require bookings at double occupancy. (meaning you will pay for 2 people).
Can’t find a Queenmate?
Our hope and goal is to have an even amount of Queens so that we can have 2 Queens per room. However, life happens, people pull out, or we just don’t have an even amount of Queens. Suites cost a little more, but have added perks and can accommodate up to 3 people. So no one will be left without a cabin during the cruise.
What is the Queens Package and why is it an additional cost?
The cost is not additional, it is separate. The Queens Package is a retreat infused swag bag full of Queenly tools you can use. Every year, our founder prepares a special and intentional “one of a kind” swag bag that is only available to the participants who attend the Queens event. Most items are personalized and there is a cost associated. This cost is has yet to be determined, but will fall somewhere between $75 and $150 depending on what’s inside. This is separate and optional.
