The one- Conference is held on Friday February 26, 2016 at the SpringHill Suites, conveniently located at 101 Gateway Road East in the beautiful wine country of Napa, CA! Registration will begin promptly at 9:00 am and the Conference promptly at 10:00am. The Retreat will begin at the conclusion of the Conference and is held at a 4-Star Resort and Spa. To ensure the tranquility of the experience, the retreat location is only disclosed to registered participants!
The SpringHill Suites is a beautiful property offering many amenities including a full breakfast, a heated pool, fitness center, refrigerator, microwave and pull out couch in every room. For those who are attending the one-day conference, but desire an overnight stay please call the hotel directly at 707.251.4000 using the conference code “Queen2016” for a discounted rate. You are worth the investment! Many times as women, we invest in others before we invest in ourselves. Or we invest in “things” for the sake of pleasing others. It’s not an event, it’s an experience that guarantees to be EPIC! This makes a great Christmas gift to yourself or a great Valentine gift from your significant other! Remember there are only 20 spaces available for the weekend retreat and all payments for the retreat, must be made by December 31, 2015. The registration cut off for the one-day conference is January 20, 2016.
There are two ways that you can “be seen by Quintessential Queens 2016”. On our step and repeat banner or in our Conference Guide. Our team is working diligently to create the best sponsorship/advertising opportunities for the conference guide and will be offering them shortly. For now, we have a “step and repeat” advertising opportunity.
The Advertising option that is available now is the placement of your logo on our step and repeat for only $150. This advertising opportunity gives you the a few leads from all over the country (as we have registered participants from California, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Michigan and Texas thus far). When you sign up to place your logo on our step and repeat, it also automatically places your logo in the sponsorship guide as well. Once your payment is made, you will be taken to page to upload your logo and your contact information. Thank you in advance.

1. What’s the difference between the Conference and the Retreat?
The conference in a one-day event, while the retreat is a weekend experience. The conference will serve more than 100 women, while the retreat is only open to 20 women. The conference and retreat are also held at two different locations.
2. What kind of conference and retreat is this?
It’s probably easier to tell you what this conference/retreat IS NOT! It is not a faith-based conference (even though we love the Lord). It is not a business conference (even though the host is human resources professional by trade). It’s not a woe-is-me, lift your head oh broken woman and be healed conference! (even though they serve their purpose).
This conference/retreat is a safe place where women will gather from all over the Country and discover who they are in quintessential (the purest form) Queen fashion. Our previous events have proven that women need exactly what this conference offers…a fresher course on taking their rightful place in every area of their lives, commanding their stage and wearing the appropriate crown based on where they are in their journey!
Are children welcome?
This is an adult only affair. However, the conference host would not dare empower women and not empower her own two princesses who are 17 and 15 years old. As a result, we would like to honor a few “princesses” during our VIP Dinner and give them an opportunity take part in this experience. If you would like to include your princess (age 15 or older) and include them in the dinner event, please contact Stephanie directly at 404.604.4511. There will only be 10 openings.
This would be a great vacation opportunity, can I bring my husband?
You can bring your husband if you would like. However, keep in mind your Weekend Retreat Rate is for double occupancy. If you want to bring your husband, you will be responsible for your two-night stay on the suite property. But also remember, the point of the retreat is to “disconnect” from our daily lives and pour back into ourselves. The weekend retreat does offer some “me time”, but most of the activities planned will be group activities that are not husband- friendly….in fact your husband would not be invited to join in the “women only” and would have to plan his own activities – – however, Napa and the surrounding area offers MANY OPTIONS!
What is the hour of Power?
In preparation of our VIP Dinner with Gold medalist and WNBA Basketball player Ruthie Bolton, we will need to exit the conference room so the hotel staff can re-set the room. During this time, we will gather in the lobby for an hour (or so) and relax. Guest will have an opportunity to get some fresh air, sit around the fire pit, enjoy some jazz, have a glass of wine (on your own) and do some networking with other women who are in attendance. Our Jazz hour will take place outside (weather permitting) or in the lobby of the hotel.

Airports: The closest airports to Napa, CA are Sacramento (SMF), Oakland (OAK), or San Francisco (SFO). Alamo will allow you to rent a car with a round trip ticket and a debit card. All airports offer shuttle services. Those staying over for the Weekend-Retreat, shuttle information will be provided in your welcome packet.
A welcome packet will be sent to all participants on or around November 5, 2015. More travel information will be provided, but for those looking for airline tickets NOW, the above information is for your benefit.

Who could foresee the events which transpired over the weekend would forever change the lives of women? Women who came in with no hidden agenda, untapped potential, and years of baggage found a SAFE haven to disconnect, heal and create new bonds. The women ages 26-62, were hand-picked and personally invited by Stephanie C. Harper.
